Inoma is a non-governmental and non profit organization founded in 2011. It is conformed by pedagogues, psychologists, project managers that work together in order to create ludic-educational tools as a resource to support basic education, mainly, for boys and girls aged from 6 to 13. We seek to generate competences such as technology command, problem solving and team work; as well as promote specific learning concerning several subjects.

Any child with or without access to Internet, anywhere in the world, can play, entertain and sharpen his formal learning at no cost. In addition, we want to provide access to any teacher or parent new learning tools and resources.

Direction – Executive President
Antonio Purón is the founder and Executive President of Inoma. Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Co. where he managed several practices for 27 years in Mexico, The United States and other countries in Latin America and Europe. He is a Board Member of Banco Santander México, Santander Zurich, Progresemos, Nadro, The National Museum of Art (Museo Nacional de Arte), Centro de Colaboración Cívica, Filantrofília anf The Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad). He graduated as Chemical Engineer at Universidad Iberoamericana and has an MBA from Stanford University.
Marisa Juárez is the Chief Operative Officer at Inoma. She has worked in the Secretaría de Hacienda, CB Capitales (company with Chilean capital) and Banamex. She has also taught Economics at the ITAM and the CESSA. She graduated as Economist ar the ITAM with a Master Degree in International Political Economy at The University of Warwick, United Kingdom and doctorate candidate in Government at Georgetown University, USA.
Management and Legal
Emiliano Delgado is the coordinator of the Management and Legal department of the organization. He has work expertice as management and accounting support in civil organizations as well as operations analyst of financial instruments. He has Management and Finance studies at Universidad Panamericana.
Ana Domenzain is a project leader in the Administrative and Legal area. She has work experience as a risk analyst, tax consultant, demand planner, texturizer seller, among others. She has a degree in accounting (ad grada in Finance) from the Universidad Panamericana, as well as a specialty in banking from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles de Madrid. Cuenta con experiencia laboral como analista de riesgo, consultora de impuestos, planeadora de demanda, vendedora de texturizantes, entre otras. Tiene estudios en contaduría (ad grada en finazas) por la Universidad Panamericana, así como una especialidad en banca por el Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles de Madrid.
Research and Data Analysis
Fernanda Ramos She is the coordinator of the Research and Data Analysis area. He is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the information of the educational projects of the organization. She has experience in the sale and administration of insurance policies and teaching in a civil association. He has a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Technological University of Mexico and is currently pursuing a Master's in Project Management at the Technological University of Mexico.
Brianda Cruz She is a project leader in the area of Data Research and Analysis. She is responsible for the analysis and reporting of the organization's projects. She has experience in Macroeconomics, Intermediate Econometrics and Sociology of organizations. She has studied economics at the Autonomous University of Yucatan, Mexico.
Marissa Ariza works as coordinator of the Institutional Development area at Inoma that includes fundraising, internal and external communication, and internal processes. Additionally, she is also responsible of several of the education projects. She has work experience as researcher, management of civil associations, and social project coordination. She graduated in Political Science and International Relations from the CIDE and has a Master degree in Social Responsibility at Universidad Anáhuac.
Regina González is project leader at the Institutional Development department. She is responsilbe of fundraising and communication projects, as well as participation in institutional events. She has editorial experience, graphic design and visual arts. He has studies in Political Studies and Government at the University of Guadalajara.
TAK-TAK-TAK System Display
Cathy Austin is the coordinator of the TAK-TAK-TAK System Display department at Inoma. She is responsible of the attraction of our beneficiaries (children and teachers) with education public systems and related organizations as well as the follow-up and attention to these. She has experience in technology subjects for education, took part of the coordination team of the Enciclomedia project, advisor to the SEP from ATKearney and Microsoft education area. She is counsellor in different companies, foundations and education and health institutions.
Anna González is project leader in the Display area. She is responsible of the attraction of users in eduaction public and private systems as well as the area of service to beneficiaries. She has work experience in the education environment as language teacher in highschool and bachelor level. She has studies in Modern Languages and Literature (German) at the UNAM.
Manoella Rodríguez works as project leader in th Display department. She is responsible of the user attraction projects of public and private education systems as well as projects with partnerships. She is experienced as project coordinator, media diffusion and developer of web sites. She has studies in Computer Science Engineering from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP).

She is in charge of setting up the education strategy and to define the pedagogical contents of the videogames as well as to advise the content and communication with teachers, parents and children. She is the co-founder of Básica Asesores Educativos and works hand in hand with basic education teachers in public and private schools. She graduated as Chemical Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana; MS from Carnegie Mellon University andalso has an MA in Education.

Vital de la Torre Vital de la Torre is the head of the Technology area of the organization. He is responsible of quality control for TAK-TAK-TAK as well as all tecnical-technology issues of the ludic-educational tools at Inoma. He worked as designer for Hewlett Packard and technology consultant in videogames area for several companies; game developer and team leader for programming teams in Spain and USA. He studied Design in Elisava and the IED in Barcelona.
Susana Alegría is the coordinator of the Video Games area. She is responsible of the design, development and evaluation of them as well as different partnerships of educational content. She has experience in video games production, game designdigital design and interfaces. She has studies in Graphic Design at the Universidad del Valle de México, and Visual Cominication Design in digital environments in the Postgraduate Program of the Faculty of Arts and Design at the UNAM.
