Inoma is a non-profit organization that develops and facilitates access to ludic and educational tools, such as educational video games that support the learning and teaching process, mainly for children from 5 to 13 years old. We work with donations from individuals and civil society organizations as well as companies and institutions committed to education.

Mission
Provide ludic-educational tools that, in addition to entertain, help each player improve, at his own educational pace, as well as to impel the use of information technologies in favour of education and its research.

Our team
Direction – Executive President
Antonio Purón is the founder and Executive President of Inoma. Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Co. where he managed several practices for 27 years in Mexico, The United States and other countries in Latin America and Europe. He is a Board Member of Banco Santander México, Santander Zurich, Progresemos, Nadro, The National Museum of Art (Museo Nacional de Arte), Centro de Colaboración Cívica, Filantrofília anf The Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad). He graduated as Chemical Engineer at Universidad Iberoamericana and has an MBA from Stanford University.
Coordination
Marisa Juárez is the Chief Operative Officer at Inoma. She has worked in the Secretaría de Hacienda, CB Capitales (company with Chilean capital) and Banamex. She has also taught Economics at the ITAM and the CESSA. She graduated as Economist ar the ITAM with a Master Degree in International Political Economy at The University of Warwick, United Kingdom and doctorate candidate in Government at Georgetown University, USA.
Management and Legal
Emiliano Delgado is the coordinator of the Management and Legal department of the organization. He has work expertice as management and accounting support in civil organizations as well as operations analyst of financial instruments. He has Management and Finance studies at Universidad Panamericana.
Karla Salazar she is a project leader in the Administrative and Legal area and is responsible for carrying out an optimal operation and management of the different administrative processes of the company. She has work experience as administrative support in different organizations and is a graduate of the Higher School of Commerce and Administration in the International Business career.
Research and Data Analysis
Fernanda Ramos She is the coordinator of the Research and Data Analysis area. He is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the information of the educational projects of the organization. She has experience in the sale and administration of insurance policies and teaching in a civil association. He has a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Technological University of Mexico and is currently pursuing a Master's in Project Management at the Technological University of Mexico.
Institutional Development
Regina González She is coordinator of the Institutional Development area of Inoma. She is responsible for fundraising projects, internal and external communication, and participation in various events of the organization. She has editorial, graphic design and visual arts experience. She has studies in Political Studies and Government from the University of Guadalajara.
Regina Bravo She is a project leader in the Institutional Development area. Is responsible for internal and external communication projects, as well as the edition of graphic and audiovisual material for dissemination in networks. She has experience in production, post production and writing. She is a graduate of Communication from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
Georg Prince of Saxony,,de,He is a volunteer in the area of Institutional Development supporting international fundraising projects. He has experience in the private sector, where he worked at Airbus, Deutsche Bank Immobilien, among others. He also has experience in the public sector, where he worked in the Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations in Geneva and for the German Agency for Sustainable Cooperation (GIZ) in Mexico on issues of forced disappearances, torture and organized crime. He studied a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and a Bachelor of International Relations at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.,,es es voluntario en el área de Desarrollo Institucional apoyando en los proyectos de procuración de fondos internacionales. Cuenta con experiencia en el sector privado, en donde trabajó en Airbus, Deutsche Bank Immobilien, entre otros. También cuenta con experiencia en el sector público, en donde trabajó en la Misión de la Santa Sede frente las Naciones Unidas en Ginebra y para la Agencia Alemana para la Cooperación Sustentable (GIZ) en México en temas de desapariciones forzadas, tortura y crimen organizado. Estudió el Bachelor en Economía en la universidad de Aberdeen en Escocia y la licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad Iberoamericana en la Ciudad de México.
TAK-TAK-TAK System Display
Cathy Austin is the coordinator of the TAK-TAK-TAK System Display department at Inoma. She is responsible of the attraction of our beneficiaries (children and teachers) with education public systems and related organizations as well as the follow-up and attention to these. She has experience in technology subjects for education, took part of the coordination team of the Enciclomedia project, advisor to the SEP from ATKearney and Microsoft education area. She is counsellor in different companies, foundations and education and health institutions.
Education
Beatriz Ruiz is the coordinator of the Education area. She is in charge of setting up the education strategy and to define the pedagogical contents of the videogames as well as to advise the content and communication with teachers, parents and children. She is the co-founder of Básica Asesores Educativos and works hand in hand with basic education teachers in public and private schools. She graduated as Chemical Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana; MS from Carnegie Mellon University andalso has an MA in Education.
Technology and videogames
Susana Alegría She is coordinator of the Technology and Videogames area. Is responsible for monitoring the management and development of the educational videogames of the TAK-TAK-TAK portal, as well as all the technical-technological issues of Inoma's recreational and educational tools. She has experience in video game production, game designdigital design and interfaces. She has studies in Graphic Design at the Universidad del Valle de México, and Visual Cominication Design in digital environments in the Postgraduate Program of the Faculty of Arts and Design at the UNAM.
